Non-Returnable Policy
Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable once shipped.
Exceptions
- If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will arrange to procure the item in the next shipment.
- Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery to confirm its condition and accuracy.
Warranty and Customer Support
Our products come with a 30-day warranty, covering the following:

- Functional issues arising from regular use (excluding accidental damage).
Post-Warranty Assistance

2. Repair Assistance
For minor damage such as:

- We provide instructions and reimburse material costs (e.g., fillers, glue, paint).
For external professional repairs:
- Prior approval is required, and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
Replacement Parts
- Common parts (e.g., hardware) are shipped within a week.
- Custom parts may take 2–6 months in a regular shipment. Customers who prefer expedited shipping from India will need to bear the associated costs.
Custom Orders
- Non-refundable: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed and the advance payment is made.
- Delivery Timelines: Completion may take 3–6 months. Unforeseen delays are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping and Delivery
We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and XPO for deliveries across North America. While we ensure timely shipments, delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility for Missing Items
In rare cases of missing parts, we will take full responsibility and coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

- These do not impact functionality and can be easily resolved with touch-up paint, fillers, or glue. Costs for these materials will be reimbursed.
2. Natural Wood Behavior
- Hairline cracks and small gaps may develop due to the natural drying process.
- Such gaps can be fixed with wood fillers and touch-ups, for which we will cover the expenses.
3. Balancing Problems
- Swings may have minor balance issues due to uneven flooring. Felt pads can be used to correct this.
4. Alignment Challenges
- Slight misalignment of holes or grooves may occur but can be manually adjusted. If professional assistance is needed, we will reimburse the cost.
5. Fabric Variations
- Fabric patterns and shades may vary slightly due to market availability. We strive to maintain consistency and inform customers of any major differences in advance.
